Arthur Tress is an American photographer born in 1940. Since 1974 and the remarkable presentation of his series "le collectionneur de rêves" at the Arles Meetings by Alain Tournier, Arthur Tress's work has made its mark all over the world through numerous books and exhibitions. Unlike other photographers of his generation, Arthur Tress has introduced a good deal of fiction into commentary, combining humour, surrealism and psychoanalysis.
